Summerville's homes are in good hands

Taylor Coastal Construction was founded right here in Summerville with a simple belief: every homeowner deserves a builder who shows up, does the work right, and treats your house like it's their own.

We've spent over a decade serving Dorchester County and the greater Lowcountry. From historic homes on North Street to new builds off Highway 52, we understand the unique challenges of building in this part of South Carolina — from soil conditions to local codes to the pace of your life.

That means no surprise change orders, no ghosting between phone calls, and no cutting corners where it counts. Just steady, honest work from a team that lives here too.
